Sunshine Ntshambiwa

Associate Manager, TaRL

Sunshine holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Botswana. She has worked in monitoring and evaluation, behaviour change and research. With over eight years of experience at Youth Impact, she has contributed to program sustainability and scale by building foundational systems and leading large-scale training efforts. Sunshine has also contributed to the development of both numeracy and literacy curricula and implementation strategies, drawing on training with TaRL Africa and Pratham. She is one of the first TaRL Fellows in Botswana.
