


Jenny Perlman
Senior Lead, Innovation and Growth
Jenny Perlman has focused on advancing quality education for children and youth in low-resource contexts for more than 25 years. She has worked with a wide range of organizations and institutions to bridge the gap between research and practice, with a focus on scaling evidence-based solutions. Previously, Jenny was a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, where she co-authored influential publications on scaling in education, including Millions Learning: Scaling Up Quality Education in Developing Countries and Scaling Impact in Education for Transformative Change. Earlier in her career, Jenny led the Women’s Refugee Commission’s work on education and youth. She holds a master’s degree in International Affairs (Columbia University) [where she received a teaching scholarship] and a BA in Latin American Studies and Peace Studies (Colgate University).
