Fred is a passionate and dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, research, and curriculum development across the Sub-Saharan region. His expertise spans across educational strategy, capacity building, and the design of innovative frameworks that promote inclusive and effective learning. He has worked closely with international organizations, government bodies, and educators to raise teaching standards and strengthen the skills of teachers and trainers throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. He has played a key role in supporting governments to co-design, contextualize, and implement impactful teaching methodologies—particularly those aligned with the "Teaching at the Right Level" (TaRL) approach. Fred holds a bachelors of science degree from Egerton University (Kenya).
